- An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside 3 miles (5 km) radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Customer are encourage to bring their own sun protection, swimwear & comfortable shoes
- Driver could be late by 15-30 Minutes due to traffic or any unwanted clauses.
- Face masks required for guides in public areas
- Free Door To Door Pick up for our tours at the following locations with NO CHARGE - City Center Pattaya District area (3 KM radius area) with namely North Pattaya, South Pattaya, Central Pattaya & Pattaya Beach Road
- Guides required to regularly wash hands
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Loss of ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the passenger.
- Passenger name entered in the booking form must be same as per passenger’s passports. Incorrect name may cause penalties or invalidation of travel vouchers.
- Please Note : The maximum of 15 travelers is for land transport only. The maximum for water transport is varied based on the vessels (Speedboat = 35, Longtail Boat = 12, June Bahtra = 50)

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the pick-up time. In case you cannot be located or contacted, the tour will commence as scheduled and payment for unused tour will not be refundable.
